Bridge in Plawna
A bridge in Pławna, Ciężkowice Municipality, is in a constant process of reconstruction. Construction of the bridge in Pławna is entering a new stage. After the old bridge had been pulled down completely, abutments were made. Pillars, foundations and abutments were reinforced and embedded in concrete. Thus, one of the last bridges with wooden elements disappears from the landscape of the Tarnowski County. A reinforced concrete structure 85 metres long will be made. A cost of building a new bridge comes to more than PLN 3.7 million. The completely new bridge will be put into use by the end of October this year in line with an agreement signed.
